I had a lovely stay, even if the noise from the street was a bit distracting at times (especially from the nearby nightlife). The location is fantastic, right by the Florian Gate and within walking distance to all major attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with any requests I had throughout my stay.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, though it had an old-fashioned decor (which I found charming!). However, the bed could use a new mattress for added comfort.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, providing maps and helpful suggestions for local attractions (including tips for visiting the salt mines). They even made arrangements for room changes when needed.

The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring a variety of cereals, cold cuts, and hot dishes—definitely the highlight of each morning! However, the lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities was a surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem, particularly for its charm and prime location near Florian Gate. Though the breakfast quality could use improvement, especially the bread, the overall experience was cozy and well-priced. The staff were attentive and helpful, which really enhanced my trip. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking to explore Krakow.

The hotel has basic but functional facilities. There’s a cozy bar area to unwind, and the daily cleaning kept everything tidy. A few steps at the entrance were a bit tough with the wheelchair, but the staff were always eager to help.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, making it easy to explore Krakow. The breakfast was good with a good variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, my room needed some attention as the air conditioning wasn't working, and I was disturbed by construction noise from early morning hours. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements are necessary to enhance comfort. 🌆🥐

However, my room felt a bit dated, and the lack of air conditioning was noticeable after a long day of sightseeing.
